Since releasing The Silver Braid, the first story in The Silver Braid Heritage, I haven't written at all. The last months a lot of Personal Stuff has been going on, both negative and positive. One of the good things is that last month I moved to another place, which means I now live in a ridiculously cute cottage in a little village. Peace! It has definitely helped me calm down.
When my Twitter buddy Karen Mahoney tweeted about Camp again, I immediately knew it was the right time to get back into writing. Karen quite often holds her own version of NaNo, I know that during the week, when I work full time, I don't feel like writing anymore when I get home. So last fall I tried something new and instead spent my lunch time writing on Starstruck - and I really liked that!
So now, for Camp, I'm doing the same and since it is the 2nd April, I have already started. So far I have written a little over 1,200 words that I'm quite happy with. Starstruck already contains over 40K, so I've started by reading through it again, noting the gaps in between the chapters and closing them. So far... so good.
To be continued. :-)
