1:1 Yoga Therapy

In-Person 1:1 Sessions / By Appointment

In my yoga therapy practice, I address chronic conditions such as anxiety, depression, headaches, arthritis, and high blood pressure, aiming to enhance your health and self-discovery journey for overall well-being and vitality. I can work with you online via Zoom or in my home studio in Damascus, Oregon, which offers a welcoming environment. Sessions are personalized and start with a detailed assessment and practice plan in the initial 1 ½-hour session. Follow-up sessions are available individually or as a discounted six-session bundle. Please note that cancellations less than 24 hours before the session will incur the full fee.

Gentle Healing Mat Yoga

Online / Tuesdays, 9-10:30am PT

Gentle Healing Yoga is beneficial to those that lack the overall flexibility—who needs a practice that encourages modified poses without any intense strain. This class is great for people with movement limitations, chronic conditions, back pain, arthritis or seeking an alternative stress reduction management. Gentle healing yoga is a style of yoga that is far less strenuous than other forms.

Breath Centered Chair Yoga: Online Class

Online / Tues & Thurs, 1-2pm PT

My chair yoga class offers a gentle approach to yoga by adapting traditional poses for seated practice, making it accessible to those with sedentary lifestyles or limited mobility. Whether performed entirely seated or incorporating a chair for support while standing, this practice integrates movement, breath work, visualization techniques, and meditation to enhance physical and mental well-being.
